Text Messages

Opting out of text messages will not prevent us from contacting you by phone or email about a scheduled appointment.

• Our therapists receive the location, time, service, and any relevant treatment notes for appointments assigned to them. They do not receive your name, phone number, or email address.
• Our payment processor receives payment information necessary to complete your transaction.
• Our software provider stores your information on our behalf under a service agreement.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

We never sell your personal information.

Health Information

Any health information you share with us — injuries, medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or areas to avoid — is used solely to provide your treatment safely. It is kept confidential and shared only with the therapist providing your service.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email
• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
