By requesting or receiving services from Krista Kremer, doing business as St. John VI Massage (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these terms.
We provide licensed massage therapy, facials, and body treatments at your villa, rental property, or other location on St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands. Your therapist brings the massage table, linens, and all supplies needed for your treatment.
Submitting a request through our website does not confirm an appointment. All appointments are confirmed by phone.
After you submit a request, Krista will contact you to confirm the date, time, service, and location. Your appointment is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation by email or text.
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible. Availability during peak season is limited.
Please provide a clear area of open floor space for your treatment — approximately 6 feet by 6 feet. A living room, covered patio, or bedroom typically works well. Your therapist will confirm suitability on arrival.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept Venmo and PayPal.
Gift certificates purchased through our website are paid online by credit or debit card at the time of purchase.
Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion.
Prices are subject to change. The price quoted at the time of confirmation is the price you will pay.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are subject to a fee of 50% of the service price.
If your therapist arrives and you are not available, or if the appointment cannot proceed for reasons within your control, the full service fee may apply.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, illness, travel conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases you will not be charged.
Because our therapists travel between appointments across the island, treatments begin and end at the scheduled time. If we are delayed, we will provide your full treatment time or adjust the fee accordingly.
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
You agree to inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, recent surgeries, or pregnancy before your treatment. Certain conditions may require a physician’s approval, and some may make massage inadvisable.
You agree to inform your therapist immediately if you experience discomfort during your treatment.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if we believe treatment may be unsafe.
Our therapists are licensed professionals providing therapeutic services.
Any inappropriate, suggestive, or unwelcome behavior will result in immediate termination of the appointment, and the full service fee will be charged. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Draping is used at all times.
Gift certificates do not expire and may be applied to any service.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift certificates may be transferred to another person one time. The person who receives a transferred certificate may not transfer it again. To transfer a certificate, contact us so we can update our records.
Gift certificates are delivered by email to the recipient address provided at purchase. We are not responsible for certificates delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the purchaser.
By providing your phone number and consenting on our booking form, you agree to receive text messages from St. John VI Massage regarding your booking and, if you opt in, occasional promotional offers.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
We serve St. John and surrounding areas. Travel outside our standard service area may be subject to an additional fee, which will be quoted at the time of booking.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krista Kremer d/b/a St. John VI Massage and its therapists are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
You are responsible for ensuring the treatment area is safe and free of hazards.
These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
